You may return your Smarttk lock if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
The product is defective, damaged, or incomplete on arrival
You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
Products that show signs of use or physical damage caused by incorrect installation
Products returned after 7 days of delivery
Products with missing accessories, manuals, or packaging
Custom installations or services already provided (e.g., paid installations)
🔧 Installation-Related Returns
If a product is faulty during or after professional installation:
We will inspect it and provide a replacement or repair
Installation fees are non-refundable unless the fault is due to Smarttk equipment
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds are made via the original payment method or store credit
